Cleva France attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and your personal data and has always committed to use the personal data of its customers and prospects only to the extent that this is necessary for the proper functioning of the website www.cleva-services.fr and the provision of its offers and services. Personal data refers to information that concerns natural, identified or identifiable persons, directly or indirectly (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").

As part of securing its payments, Cleva France uses systems that enable automated decision-making. These treatments to combat fraud, based on several parameters (purchase volume, basket amount, frequency, etc.), make it possible to establish a score of the order. The result is based on this scoring and the elements of it are transmitted to the Cleva France payment service providers and the banks issuing your payment method for securing access to your accounts.

This processing and the procedures governing its communication are implemented to meet the requirements of the European Directive on Payment Services.

Cleva France does not keep any banking data.

For the purposes of processing related in particular to the creation of your customer account, and the history of your transactions carried out on the Site, your Personal Data are kept as long as you are an “active” customer and for a period of (5) Five years from your last activity, for example, purchase, sign in to your account, or when a guarantee expires.

For the purposes of invoicing, accounting and tax processing, your Personal Data are kept for a period of (10) ten years in compliance with our legal obligations.

Your communications are kept for the duration necessary for the intended purpose and within the limit of 6 months maximum. These records shall be kept in a secure manner and shall be accessible only to authorised persons, within the limits of their respective powers.

Requests sent to Cleva France must contain your personal information identical to that entered when creating your customer account (name, first name, email). A copy of proof of identity will be required for processing, in case of a request sent by post and/or by email address different from the customer account.

We will send you a reply within one (1) month of the date of receipt of your request. In some cases, due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months.

We have appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer (hereinafter referred to as the “DPO”) to CNIL, to demonstrate our commitment to the respect of your privacy and your rights regarding your Personal Data.
